I'm sorry if this is a dupe but I literally just got the email and did see it posted.

They are selling Police trade in pre-98 Glock 27's. I know Bud's policy is that they will not sell to MA but they are selling these as MA compliant are willing to ship to MA. I thought the price was good so I felt I would share.

Well, nothing made after 10/21/98 is AG reg exempt, though... so no, they're not all compliant. Legal yes, compliant, no.

I'm not buying one myself but there are plenty of ppl on the site who might. I agree Bud's policy sucks which is why i was surprised they would even sell them to us in the first place. The only reason is they probably couldn't get $300 for them where they are. At least if they sell them here they are $500 but I checked FS website before I posted and they are $699+tax. So that's $744. Even paying a $40 transfer fee which most shops charge (I know some are $20) you are still only at $540. That's still pretty good for here in MA. Worst case you can put it on consignment at a place like FS here when you go to sell it for $699 and get your money back.

Well, I suppose its "lesser rape" until a few MA dealers see this, buy all of them, and then sell them in MA for $700+ a pop. (Note- I'm not against capitalism, but anyone who has seen this before knows that this will happen. ) Every time summit has MA compliant glocks they get blown out in about a day or two and they all show up at various MA shops for $700 or more. Although who knows.... . on the ground the G27 isn't that hard to find at a reasonable price in MA anyways.

I'm not a fan of Buds but anyone who wants one of these should do it now, because the dealers will buy them if nothing else.

+1. Clearly they understand MA law at least enough to know that these are FFL transfer legal. Why won't they do other perfectly legal sales? Screw them.

I got the same email this am and the only reason I'm on their list is because I tried to order a saiga rifle from them and they refused my business oh well I found it cheaper anyways! Not much of a firearms company if they don't try and stand up for those of us behind enemy lines!
