This is the manual from the 1970s & 80s. Mostly devoted to M-14 rifle shooting, but there is a section on the Precision Combat Course. From all the research I have done on Army Qualification courses, I'm convinced it is the basis for the Appleseed AQT. It is a competition course of fire and not a qualification course.
