But don't worry, the pipeline is full of carry cases. At this moment there are four open cert petitions on the SCOTUS docket - three from New Jersey and Comm2A's case against Boston and Brookline. And, SCOTUS did grant cert in a the NYC case which arguable could be considered 'carry' or at least outside-the-home.

And there are still more yet still in the circuits.
whats going on with the CA magazine thing

Not even close to a cert petition. Answer brief in the Ninth Circuit yesterday: https://www.mdshooters.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=267639&d=1568690845 Paul Clement is now representing our interests. That's very good news. Clement is a former solicitor general and is well respected. Just having his name on a cert petion (not there yet with this case) increases the likelihood that SCOTUS will grant cert.
