US Army Tests “Amerikanski” RPG-7 Derivative

Cost won't be an issue, but a bunch of them will get locked up and not widely deployed because there's too much PC bullshit about blowing up a hadji/durka by lobbing a rocket into his chest.

I do like that someone is actually using common sense. If the army's mission is changing from widespread large scale battles to urban battles, then is there really a weapon has cost effective as an RPG-7?

I love the fact that they could not resist putting a rail on it.

Every time someone tries to "improve" a weapon the first thing they do is slap a rail on it cuz: 'Murica!

I know where you're coming from. However, rails have their use. They allow one to actually mount optics and infrared lasers, things which are very helpful to the western warfighter's dominance.

Personally, I'll take an M3 MAAWS over the RPG.
