Unable to post webm's?

Ive clicked on "upload file" button in an attempt to post a webm vid but the icon for the file doesnt show in the folder. If I cancel the post and open the folder on my own, the webm's are listed. Is this an issue on my end, or is it not possible to post them here?

I can enable uploading, but there isn't currently an embedded player for them so it'll be fairly pointless. I would suggest converting it to a GIF and hosting on IMGUR or something along those lines.

At the risk of outting myself, 4chan is able to embed them. Might be worth asking around in there (if you dare), or searching for a way to work here.
