Sweet. If, and its a big if, its heard and won the article says it could change the way other states operate. I think we have noticed from Heller and McDonald, that the only thing it changes is the original case and its locale.
 
It must be a cool feeling for Gura to be able to write a petition and use a case he one as the precedent in the first sentence!
