U.S. District Court issues TRO against Colorado town over AWB ordinance

Interesting in the decision the judge states that the city has to come up with an assault weapons ban that existed at the time of the founding as justification when the TRO expires otherwise it's unconstitutional. This was an Obama appointed judge.
Doesn't matter who appointed the judge if they even attempt to do their job - Bruen leaves zero room for inventive opinions if the judge even attempts to apply it.

Does this ordinance ban all center fire rifles that have a detachable magazine?
and shotguns capable of holding more than 5 rounds?

It doesn't seem to but the definition of assault weapon for pistol:
A semi-automatic center-fire pistol that has any of the following characteristics: (1) A threaded barrel; (2) A secondary protruding grip or other device to allow the weapon to be stabilized with the non-trigger hand;

Leaves one to believe that a any pistol with a trigger guard that is squared off for better off hand grip would be classified as an assault weapon.

Bans any magazine fed semiautomatic with a pistol grip or thumbhole stock
Bans all semiautomatic shotguns with pistol grips or thumbhole regardless of capacity

But it's gone as unconstitutional on its face.
