Turkey/meat shoots?

I may be late on this as I just realized Thanksgiving is in two weeks.

Any Turkey shoots going on the next few weekends? I'd like to dust off the shotgun and try a few round of trap. Maybe I can win something.

What are you calling a turkey shoot? Ive always equated turkey shoots to be shot at a paper target with the most pellets in a given zone is the winner. That and the term used to describe an easy opportunity/target

I got 16 turkeys in my front yard now. You're free to them all .
Two of them slept in the bed of my truck Monday. We all got a surprise when I went to load up the bed that morning .

The Lowell Sportsmen's Club is also having a shoot on 11/24 - trap, skeet, .22, archery, and black powder, all with chances to win a frozen turkey. Lunch starts at noon, shooting is 1-4pm. More info at Turkey Shoot & Hearty Lunch 2019 – Lowell Sportsmen's Club

Low Gun @ 16 yards
Up Close and Personal, @ 0 yards

And any others that may be suggested, time allowing.

$25 Market Basket Gift cards and a few turkeys will be given away for hitting a Green Lucky Bird


$5 per round per person, no punch cards necessary. Please come by 8:30 to sign up for the games you want to play.

In case of rain, we will re-schedule to November 24.
