Hey guys, some of you might have seen my previous post about somewhat last minute being given the opportunity to turkey hunt this season, my first time.
I did a decent amount of scouting and have gone out most early mornings and late afternoon/sunsets to all kinds of public land/state forests/etc. I have not seen or heard a single turkey, not once! I have done a lot of online research but do not have any friends who hunt to give me first hand knowledge.
Has anyone here bagged a bird in zone 10 in the fall? Should I just keep trucking along or switch up and go for some long drives the last couple days of the season?
