Oh come on. 80% of NES is “2A,but...”. They’re also bad cop apologists and statists. Just read the threads from the last week again.

It’s reinforced my opinion that the country is finished. There will always be “liberty, but me needs my safety” Aholes around. It’s just human being emotional dingbat humans.

How much of mid America will comply with UBC? The .gov doesn’t know who has what in many of those states, unlike us in the PROM. How is the .gov going to prove that you bought a gun from someone?

You are correct, government does not know TODAY. For .gov simple laws will be enough. This is exactly how it was done in Europe after WWII. when almost every citizen had a weapon or even a panzerfaust. New law said no guns for anybody. That law was followed by a very strict criminal law which said that if they will find a weapon on you, you will go to jail for plenty of years. So, your weapons became a museum pieces. No ranges, no ammo, nowhere to shoot them, nowhere to talk about them......Next generation was afraid to even think about weapons. Done!

In Yugoslavia Tito maintained a very strict regime and when war broke up after his death all weapons used in it came from military or police armories. In the second round weapons were imported/smuggled into the country from Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, etc.

Do not underestimate power of the people. Once weapons are illegal you will find plenty of rats working hard to get their 15 minutes of fame.

Why did the media bury the El Paso shooters manifesto. It’s available. The dude was a registered Democrat and was for universal basic income and free healthcare. He was also against capitalism and corporations. Not exactly Republican or conservative talking points.

You couldn’t be more right. The thing is, the anti gun arguments are so easily shot down. The challenge is to find a way to make them honestly defend their dumb sh*t arguments.

Um, 80% of NES people love their government overlords. Their arguments aren’t defensible. But emotion defeats logic and facts for these folks.

Like I said, the country is finished. Not because of the liberals and leftists. But because of the people on this board. The hard core ain’t so hard. Maybe need some viagra.

Either way, we know who the enemy is, and he is us. There is no pithy comments we can come up with that will turn them. They’re coming. Be ready.

I know a few and B.S. comments like that tell me you don't know squat.
You'd have to live a very long and busy life to even catch a whiff of hind tit to what many here have done.

Breaking News: Is the Trump Administration Imposing More Gun Control through BATFE with a Ban on Pistol Braces?

... A rumor appears to have been verified as fact last night, via the website AR15.com, as firearms Attorney Joshua Prince posted on Instagram that his sources have informed him that the BATFE will be issuing a statement regarding pistol arm braces at the request of President Trump.

The statement will not be good news to gun owners as most likely President Trump, or his “best people,” have asked BATFE to reverse their decision which allows gun owners to place an arm brace against the shoulder without being prosecuted for having an unregistered short-barreled rifle.

Will gun owners see a declaration that all arm braces are rifle stocks or will we see all braces banned outright?

We will know within a short period of time.

Possibly, the BATFE will just revert back to their last decision and state that the user cannot place the brace against the shoulder and there will be no confiscation of the braces as some gun owners fear.

If pistol braces are all declared to be rifle stocks, a user can still attach the device to a long-gun configuration firearm. However, if they are declared as rifle stocks users, including the disabled, will not be able to use them for one-handed pistol firing....

Sorry your girl lost. I'm sure its news to you but the President doesn't make law. Anti-gun legislation doesn't get passed by the POTUS, it gets passed by the cucks in Congress. He can say whatever he wants, congress writes the law then votes to pass the law. I'm sure you knew that though with all of your voting and interaction with your congressmen.

Considering congress doesn’t do shit anymore without conceding authority to the Executive to pass the blame while continuing to collect a hefty paycheck, it’s not wrong to hold the POTUS to a higher standard and expect him to follow through on promises.
Given that Trump is the best snake oil salesman of his generation, it’s fair to assume anything he said campaigning was only to get votes. A life long NY Democrat who now identifies as a Republican?
Color me skeptical, yet people clamored to him like flies to shit.
But go ahead and say “uggghhhh are you saying you wanted Hillary? We’d be far worse off!” Maybe we would be, but people sure as hell would have been far less complacent with gun control enactments... which are somehow okay when republicans push for them pass them.
 
And my point is there are a large number of people who seem to be okay with it so long as he’s in office.
Besides, in my district I have Moulton, Markey and Warren as my elected officials. What could I ever say that would convince them to vote pro gun? Or hell, even not propose something to further restrict rights? Nothing.
So I’ll continue to vote against them and train as many new gun owners as willing to take my classes and hope they have an awakening and realize the left will never waiver until we are all disarmed.
 
Congress writes the bills, the president signs them into law. He is basically telegraphing to them what he is ok with to make it easier for them to get it to his desk. The fact that the "common sense" phrase has become acceptable for people on the right side of the aisle to use openly is disheartening. They're not even pretending to represent the people that voted for them.
 
We can thank Jeffrey Epstein and Chrissie Cuomo for knocking the shootings off the front page for now. Congress doesn't come back for 3 weeks which is an eternity in today's news cycle. The press will move on to another Trump bashing story then, hopefully Michael Horovitz's IG investigation will be released in a few weeks and the shootings will be a distant memory. There's a lot of nervous Clintonista's in the FBI and DOJ.
