Preview of coming attractions. Once there were 9 countries that had gun ownership in their constitution: only three remain.

  • Only three countries in the world currently have a constitutional right to own a gun: the US, Mexico, and Guatemala.
  • Six other countries used to have a constitutional right to bear arms, but they've since repealed those laws.
  • The US is the only country with a right to keep and bear arms with no constitutional restrictions.
Only 3 countries in the world protect the right to bear arms in their constitutions: the US, Mexico, and Guatemala

This will happen here too. And we will all turn them in. At least I'm honest.
Do you honestly believe that?

Do you realize there are millions of AR15's alone in the hands of Americans, let alone hunting rifles?

There is no possible way they could enforce a gun grab like that, they don't have the recourses or the stomach for that type of bullshit, not to mention some states would tell the government to F'K off let alone most gun owners

This. Even here in MA they wouldn’t do it. It would cost WAAAAY too much money that the state doesn’t have. Banning is one thing but door to door confiscation is another.

Never underestimate the depths the left will go to in order to win. Brandon has his marching orders and he’ll get states all the resources they need to do mass confiscations. they literally don’t believe in upholding the Constitution, and in their mind since they disagree with 2A, well then it doesn’t exist. They will pass and attempt to enforce laws they know to be unconstitutional, and they don’t care how much it will take to enforce and defend, it’s not their money and they have unlimited means to get more.

I‘m beginning to see why the GOP is so worthless. They think that the modern leftist is playing by rules and they think, “gee whiz, they wouldn’t do something like that, it’s unconstitutional and would cost too much.”

I don’t believe that there are any political solutions left. IMO we are just going through all of the necessary motions before conflict.

I don’t know exactly what “conflict” will mean in practice, but I am quite certain that it will happen before we finish this decade.

The left understands the rules of politics better than conservatives. Reward your friends, and punish your enemies. There is no such thing as a neutral institution in practice.

Speak for yourself. I'm not turning in shit, ever.
And they’ll sit. Maybe you’ll be arrested when they’re accidentally find them, or you’ll be arrested when pulled over at a traffic stop.

Or, you get through life with the contraband guns just fine, but when you croke, your relatives just hand them over to the police. And your kids or grandkids get indoctrinated into thinking guns are bad.

There wouldn’t be mass confiscations. They would just slowly chip away. Which is why constant lobbying, legal challenges, public perception swaying/normalizing and introducing new shooters is so important.

This. The new bans have always first been transfer limitations to prevent new owners. Indoctrinate those who don't have them, let the rest die off.

Those are separate issues. In general, most people don't turn in their banned guns when it happens in other countries. I'd be in that majority.

Well that's where it is a parent's job to teach your kids about freedom.

Agreed, but it is all about population densities.

Look at the last election. Western Mass (west of Worcester) is irrelevant. We get token stop or two on the election trail but our votes don’t amount to piss hole in the snow. They know that and we are treated accordingly.

Mexico only has one legal gun store in the entire country.

And no guns chambered in military calibers are allowed, nor anything over .38" bullet diameter, this also applies to their police agencies.
9mm, .45 (acp and LC), .40, 10mm and big bore revolvers are not allowed. The biggest handgun caliber allowed is .38 Super, which is why 1911's chambered in it are still extremely popular there, while it's viewed as a novelty or competition-only cartridge elsewhere in the world.

The Republicans sat around playing tiddly winks, while the communists from the 60s infiltrated all of the schools, the media, government, the non-profits, religion, corporate boards, tech, and the entertainment industry. Using these entities, they've been brainwashing kids as young as preschoolers to embrace communism, totalitarianism, and control.

We are really in serious trouble. The younger generations are hard core communists, who never hear any opposing ideas other than what their communist leaders want them to hear.

Read Levin's book, American Marxists. It's the scariest thing I've ever read.

And the narco terrorists followed these rules, right?

It is imperative that all of us read. Read the history of the Communist revolutions in Russia, China, Cambodia, Cuba, and Venezuela. Read about the genocides in Armenia, Russia, China, Cambodia, Syria, Rwanda, South Africa, and others. Read Cloward and Piven, Alinski, Marcuse, and the like.

You can learn a lot about what's happening in the US by understanding what happened in the world before.

The average Democrat is not evil. They are the "useful idiots" that Stalin's regime talked about. They're ignorant, clueless, easily led, and manipulated. But the people who are leading these folks at the highest levels ARE evil. They are communists. They hate America. They want to undermine and ham string the US to bring us to our knees. Some of these evil people are outsiders associated with Russia, China, the middle east, and the narco terrorists. Many of them are Americans. The same Americans who committed treason during the Vietnam war, burned our cities as a part of antifa, BLM, Occupy and embraced sixties radical groups.

Unfortunately, Republicans have been asleep at the switch, so by the time we've all noticed, the left has infiltrated everything like cockroaches in a slum apartment.

There is hope.

We are still the majority in most places. There are far more of us "reasonable" people than the crazies on the left and on the right, who make the most noise. We can still win if we peacefully, and legally take the high ground, and fight this menace infesting our country.

Some people say that we need violence. Civil War. Guerrilla warfare. I disagree. Just look at those morons on Jan 6, who took the bait, and fell into the trap that leftists set out for them. We're still paying for their stupidity. If we adopt the same violence, dirty tricks, and evil adopted by the left, we are no better than they are.

The left has a lot of useful idiots on their side.. but their action are always justified. The lefts leaders manipulate the useless idiots on our side and then it’s deemed unacceptable.

The Left can burn cities to the ground, rape loot and steal in the name of social justice.. without consequences.

The right goes into a building one person gets shot after the guards let everybody in. All kinds of made up stories about violence… The “fire extinguisher” they count people that quit and committed suicide as victims of this shit.

I’ll take a different tactics I don’t see how it could possibly be constitutional to take my machine goes away. I paid my $200 tax.

They can suck my ass all the way to the Supreme Court.

They’re constantly making new classifications of criminals. But at the same time it’s a revolving door system where you can be a violent lunatic on the street.

But hey maybe I’ll get a taste of Socialism and change my mind. I’m already tasting it now and it taste like shit.

I don’t see them as separate issues in the least.

Keeping/getting guns is straightforward. Gun control fails hard and will continue to fail hard. There are tons of nations with shit gun control that doesn't work.

On the other hand, Keeping them legal and keeping places for people to use them (recreationally otherwise for training etc ) legally instead of shit getting turned into shitty sec 8 housing is a an entirely different issue that's also important.

Sadly, some great points here, and a brilliant long-term tactic that only the communists could pull off.

If they do plan on confiscations, don’t think for a second that every fed, state and local leo doesn’t have a hard-on just thinking about being authorized to kick in your door and toss your home. Think about the orgasms these people had macing and billyclubbing women walking in public without masks, or entering churches and synagogues to shutdown their services ready to stomp on anyone who looked at them funny. and all it will take is one situation where things get out of control and someone gets killed for their mindset to change to them thinking that they’re at war with anyone who opposes them, and then things get really bad. the rare few who want no part of it will either retire, or go along until they reach maximum pension benefits.

Don‘t worry, though. If you truly love firearms, there will be plenty of them at the new ”affordable housing” development they just built near your home, probably on a former gun club that they shutdown. You’ll even get to see some of those fine firearms, the barrel will be pointed at your face, but, you can still admire them as you‘re being robbed.
