According the The Attleboro Sun Chronical: "WRENTHAM - A truck stocked with ammunition has crashed into a ditch on West Street raising concerns about a possible explosion. Police and fire have blocked off much of the area, after Ash Street, while they wait for the State Police bomb squad to arrive.

Police and fire from all over the area were called to the scene."

Would the ammunition explode if the fire is extinguished?

I'll bet that the truck didn't even catch fire.

Just typical moonbat response by the ignorant.

. . .

I'll be right over there to take care of the danger for them! [wink] [laugh]

Morons, all of them. [rolleyes]

How long before some hair-brained legislator proposes some new law restricting ammunition sales or something? Seems like a trend in this state.

Like when Menino wanted legislation banning any fuel tankers driving on the streets of Boston after the accident and explosion in Saugus.

Bomb squad? Really?

Hell, they all in SWAT (xxxLEC) and the Bomb Squad, cordon off blocks/miles when they find a spent shell casing in public. [shocked]

The inmates are running the asylum . . . besides how can they justify all guns/gunowners are evil/dangerous if they don't do stuff like this?? [rolleyes]

Additional nanny state legislation coming in 3... 2... 1...

Actually I'm taking the Monday 2:00 pm square. Who else is in? [laugh]

OK..I can hear it now....

"There should be some laws governing the amount of ammo carried in one truck during one delivery and the truck should be accompanied by a State Police car. O.T. galore! Maybe we should put an ammo transportation tax in the mix:

[rofl]

Even if the truck burned to the ground there's very little risk of injury. I hate that people cannot understand hollywood movies are not real life.

A truck stocked with ammunition ...
vs.
Two firearms with ammunition - a shotgun and a hand gun - were found in the truck, Anderson said. There was also loose ammunition, but Anderson said it is difficult to say how much.

And there, folks, is an example of the state of the "profession" formerly known as journalism.

QUOTE=andyc4728;2105827]I bet the "truck" was just an F-150 with a brick of Blazer 22LR.[/QUOTE]

[rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl] My exact thought.
