I set out my trail camera a few days ago so I could check out the new rack growth among deer in my area and I caught something that I cant identify on camera. It looks pretty strange, so I wanted to see if anyone could id it. The pictures aren't the best, but it is circled in orange.

It hard to judge the size, but it looks like a bird to me.
Probably a hawk... but it could be a young turkey ?

I cant believe Julians rum and coke didn't spill, even after getting hit by Bubs and Rickey with metal bats [rofl]

It very well could have been a bird, but the other pictures make it seem as if it were something standing on its rear legs. I was thinking a large fisher cat or coyote, but the pics were taken at 1pm and that makes me think it may have been rabid. Not sure, but it looks like the trolls are having fun.

It's Bambi. Clearly visible in the first picture.

Did you see any tracks? Check against this post to make sure:
(sorry diagram; no pictures)

I didn't go back to check it yet, I went out when I got off work with my laptop and the cord, and pulled all the pictures off before I left. I will be back out tomorrow and I should be able to get some pics.

I compared the 4 pictures and enlarged them by a margin of 400%. After an extensive Google search and 2 trips to the library, I ended up consulting an expert on the matter for validation. Now I am sure.

This is what you have:

The layman's term is pine leaves.

That will be $48.95.

too funny, i saw something like that the other morning.

in a spot in the woods i go through all the time.

turned out from a distance it looked like a big critter, but up close it was a negative image- of tree leaves and branches with the sunlight at the right angle.
