Trail Camera, Flash or IR.

As per title, what are the pros and cons of a flash versus an IR type. Im in the market for a trail camera, but cant tell which way would be better. If it makes a difference, I want to use to to scout deer and coyotes.

I like IR as it isn't stolen as frequently. YMMV.

If u like to spook the deer go with flash.

IR is better, but you get your fair share of white out pics with them.
Keeping it faced north, and south helps, but that inbetween light(dawn,dusk) still gives some whiteouts.

Never gotten a whiteout. I also dont buy crappy cameras either.
