Trading a gun in Massachusetts

After trying unsuccessfully to sell one of my guns at a local gun club over the summer, I'm planning on trying again, but rather than sell, I'll be offering to trade it for another gun I want. What form do I need to do this exchange legally in Massachusetts? Thank you.
