Trading a C&R gun for a non C&R gun. FA10 for both? I own the C&R gun. I assume I have to write in my C&R book/register. Thanks

The buyer does not hold a C&R license. I was told this is not a problem. Please correct me if I'm wrong

Its not a problem, as long as he has the appropriate MA license for it, he doesn't need a C&R.

good to go. FA10 both guns, record your outgoing C&R in your bound book and you're done.
