Toughest? I want to see the first State that declares Gun Free Zones around communities and people who shit themselves at the sight of a gun. I want some State to go Gun Free Zone happy. Seeing as how it worked out in every massacre from the movie theater in CO to the School, I say the politicians need more blood on their hands to make their case that guns are evil.
