Yah, in case you haven't heard for today in the US Senate

Liberals are pouting and crying (Alito got confirmed)

and they are now gonna argue on Bernanke. I was listening to the Dem from North Dakota, Byron L. Dorgan, and he sounds a lot more like a fiscal republican than democrat. I only saw the initial stuff but the guy did bring up points that the Fed Reserve AND congress had to address and at least what I saw didn't do the whole 'Its Bush's fault' and said 'this problem has been going on for the past 12 years for the most part.'

As I predicted, Kerry and Kennedy couldn't get enough support for their Fillibuster.

If I was running against Teddy, I'd just use how he looked and sounded like an idiot with the phrase 'Do you really want a crazy person as our state senator?'

BTW Bork was "borked" by a vote of 58-42 twenty years ago. [wink]

How soon before the news predicts that Alito will turn the US into the "Wild West" or the "OK Corrall"?

Sure it doesn't make sence...but they don't know what it means in the first place!

    Arrrr
