This may not be "fixable" since many may not even think there is an issue but...
I've noticed that if I use the "TOP" button at the end of the posts on a page, it only works once. I know why this is now since TOP seems to append #top to the url, so hitting it again does nothing since you are already on that page (the url is the same).
I only bring this up because of my browsing style where I scan a page multiple times, using TOP frequently ...
