Time Warner Cable enacts its own AWB

Good, hopefully advertisers leave Time Warner and they go out of business. They are terrible.

Oh wait that just means less cable companies which means the others can screw you more. Doh!

I'm confused, I dont recall seeing gun commercials or commercials with people pointing guns at one another, unless it is for a movie or show....sooooooo?
 
This doesn't go far enough. I demand that Time Warner cease broadcasting any imagery of semi-auto firearms at all. Until they stop showing any semi-auto guns in any of their programming, they have the blood of innocent children on their hands.

I disapprove of most of the content of their channels, like that festering crap on MTV, or all of the so called "news" channels. Can I subtract those from my bill?

Really??? Holy shit. So let's go over this all really slowly, and see how retarded your nut bag theory really is.

The head of a major corporation is appointed to a task force charged with strengthening America's economic competitiveness by teaching science, tech, engineering, and math. Obama hates corporate America, right? Who do you suggest should be on such a committee? Do you think there is a better qualified person than the CEO of a successful company? Surely Obama would have picked a government czar, right? Oh.. No. That was last month, when he was a socialist. Now that he is working with the private sector, he is a fascist now. (which are two completely separate forms of government.)

And to your second point... Show me an alternative indoor location with sufficient seating that he could have used instead of the time Warner arena in the Charlotte area.

Please stick to the facts and leave your batshit crazy conspiracy theories out of it.

That's the point, they can make a political statement and not have to do anything, maybe a few of the shooting channels like First Defense, but I don't recall ever seeing an ad like that unless it was related to a movie trailer. So, they won't show the ad, but they'll show the movie?
