Did you read both the ruling on same sex marriage and Obamacare? SCOTUS certainly does not display any consistency. I am sure they will say that the ruling in the same sex marriage is not applicable to carrying guns. After all, they have already stated that the 14th Amendment does not apply in regards to the 2nd.
