Passenger side plug wires are coiled and zip tied and aren't connected. Passenger side PVC also disconnected. Splash stains from muddy or rusty water. Curious.

It appears that the person did cut a decent sized hole or port in the upper grill area for the gun to fire through, note the mud speckles on the muzzle. I think this was some sort of fun accessory for off roading. Doubt it was for evil intent, albeit dangerous on a bumpy road. A nice addition would be a good video camera looking down the point of aim with a small monitor on the dash.
