Man Charged With Firing Gun In Wal-Mart

HUDSON, N.H. -- A Nashua, N.H., man was charged Tuesday with firing a gun inside a Wal-Mart store in neighboring Hudson.
Police said Charles Masterson, 36, fired a shot into the ceiling of the store's men's room while his son and a store employee were present. No one was hurt.
Masterson was charged with reckless conduct. He asked a judge to set low bail so that he could afford to pay it and child support for his son.
The judge set bail at $25,000 personal recognizance.
Officers were also given permission to search Masterson's home for other weapons.
