    • There's mounting evidence President Donald Trump has a strong chance of being reelected in 2020.
    • Trump's approval rating is currently about 45%, according to Gallup, roughly equal to former President Barack Obama at the same point in his presidency prior to reelection.
    • Trump is also way ahead of Democrats in terms of fundraising, raking in $30 million in the first quarter of 2019 — as much as the two top-fundraising Democrats combined.
    • Meanwhile, most Americans approve of Trump's handling of the economy, which polls have shown is a top concern for voters.

He’s going to win re-election in a landslide. Won’t be reaganesqu but minus the giant liberal states, he’ll add to his total from 2016.

Especially since the radical democrats are pulling their party way to far to the left.

If his approval is about 45% with a good economy, what's going to happen when it regresses to the mean?

Biden/Beto ticket has narrow win written all over it right now.

Not sure what you’re smoking but I’ll put money on it being Bernie vs Trump. Biden and beta wont even win the primary.

Last I saw anything on his approval rating, it was over 50%... That was only a few days ago. As long as the economy doesn't tank in the next 2 years, he's gonna win. He does need to get the border under control though... That was a major promise that is still yet unfulfilled.

Beto's past life as a computer hacker and member of a cyber-crime syndicate will haunt him in a general... Libs may forgive such transgressions and the media may hide the facts, but in a general when the population at large learns, not so much. Biden, the vice sexual harasser in chief... pfft...

I think Biden is the only one who has a chance to beat Trump but I doubt he'll make it through the primaries. He's also is feeling the heat so he may not even run.

I think most people know the only reason he is having so much difficulty with the wall is obstruction by the democrats.

I don't see how that's possible; Democrats did very well in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania in the midterms.

Michigan went from 9-4 R to 7-7 in house. Democratic governor elected, Democratic senator.
Pennsylvania went from 12-6 to 9-9.
Wisconsin switched to a Democratic governor and retained Democratic Senator.

I'm not saying Trump can't win, but if anything I expect it to be by razor thin margins.

Almost everywhere has it low to mid 40s. Obviously take with a grain of salt:

My mother and her may-as-well-be-husband are pretty liberal, as well as my sister and her husband. Actually I'm pretty much the only non-democrat in my whole family. Anyhow they're always saying "No way Trump will finish out this term. He'll be impeached. It's insane it hasn't already happened." And I just sit there and laugh. He will absolutely do another term. As a Libertarian, I voted for Johnson but next time I'm voting Trump. F*ck it. He's done just fine thus far.

You need to show them this video... [devil]

Myself, I'm not making any predictions, it hasn't even crossed my mind.

There's still a long ways to go before Nov 2020, and anything can happen between now and then (except impeachment of course).

Doesn't matter, it's falling on deaf ears to some.

I can think of one super Lib discussion board where a significant number of the members still keep their hopes up
and refuse to let it go.

I don't know which posts are more amusing to read, the ones who still believe it could happen, or the ones
who have accepted their fate, and upped their anti-depressant medications as a result.

There is so much infighting in the Democratic party right now that they don't stand a chance. They learned nothing in 2016 and are just doubling down on the same things that cost them the election.

    Haha.

If this isn't the face of "Trump is not my president", then I don't know what is.

I hope it happens but we need to remember, it looked like she devil was a shoe in until it got closer to election time. No one thought a non politician could win. It was great waking up the next morning and seeing it happened. I just don't want to get my hopes up and then see it turn the other way like the left did.

Funny thing is that there a few clips of Micheal Avenatti claiming that Trump is finished.
    Ohhhh, the irony! [rofl]

"Stop Sanders! is the cry of the moment from Cambridge, Mass., to Tiburon, Calif., and everywhere that clever Democrats gather. The worry is that Senator Sanders’s grumpy-Muppet shtick will not discreetly charm the bourgeoisie, that his disheveled populism and his unmade bed of a mind will not be a smash hit with well-heeled swing voters in the moneyed suburbs of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Florida — which, the clever people inform us, is where the real action is going to be in 2020. They aren’t out there screaming “A vote for Sanders is a vote for Trump!” just yet, but they are scheming behind the scenes, and the moneymen of the party already are so alarmed that they are making approximately the same sound that Donald Sutherland makes at the end of Invasion of the Body Snatchers."

The heartland of this country will NOT stomach the ultra liberal and/or communist left. The entire Dim party is making a bee-line to the lunatic fringe of the left and they are shooting themselves in the foot in the process.

I did so enjoy watching the news the morning he won, all the pundits and elected dems heads were exploding all over, There one one guy, don't recall his name, that was literally frothing at the mouth and spewing unintelligible words at the cameras, my side hurt I was laughing so hard.
I would love to repeat that again!
