Looking at Sabaton, April 11th at the Palladium. They're the premier Swedish power metal band that sings about WWII and other historical battles. What's not to like? I highly recommend Primo Victoria.

does it count if you are actually gonna be working concerts? [wink] Im doing shows with Extreme in April, two of them a rock cruise to the bahamas with a who's who of 80's and 90's bands, that should be interesting trapped on a boat for 5 days...then going out all summer with Aerosmith. Funny thing when I am not touring I do not really like going to concerts. Ill usually go in during the day and see my roadie friends who are in town playing if I am home. Billy Joel last summer was the only one i stayed for because i am a big fan of his.

AC\DC - Aug 22. Seating wherever they are putting the wheelchair platform on the floor level. Last time they were here the seats on the ground were very good.

i try like hell to avoid Palladium. it doesn't work as every band i love plays there. horrible venue.
I feel the same way. Often when I go there someone I'm with gets into it with the neck beard nazi bouncers and gets thrown out. There are some shows that I just have to see and unfortunately they go to the Palladium. Makes me really miss the Strand in Providence.

Used to be great. Then a few years ago they closed the upstairs. The last show I went to there was Amon Amarth like 4-5 years ago after they closed half the place to have 2 shows at once.

I used to have fun sitting on the balcony and watching hardcore fans beat the [email protected] out of each other.

What does it look like now?

The upstairs was open when I went to King Diamond last October.
