None of us are arguing against family members taking away guns from people who are suffering from dementia, but knowing how the left works, it does open up another front to implement gun control if not carefully watched.

In MA a firearm life plan now means that you specifically bequest your guns to people you want to have them (or even "bequested to those individuals as determined by my executor). Bequest of EBRs and Mags is allowed; disposition as an asset by the executor is not (at east not to non-dealers). This preserves grandfathering for another generation.

Agreed. Now, how do you determine that???? THAT'S where the rub is. Because if it's a Red Flag sort of situation, Karen can go pound sand.

I'm pretty sure we already have processes to remove these guns now. What Karen Globe wants is to be able to wave a magic wand and tkae away someone's guns because someone ELSE is afraid of somethign that may be real or imagined.
