Looks like good competition for the Ruger MK III. It sure field strips a lot easier. I hope it doesn't have a 10# trigger in the MA model or it will kill the use as a good target gun.
 
Looks like a 22S with a slightly different top end and conventional mag release. That's not a bad thing. I love my 22S.
 
It's interesting that the name Victory is used because it uses a takedown screw to remove the slide and barrel, which is similar to the Hi-Standard Victor models that use a push button instead of a screw. Maybe the screw was used so that they avoided another lawsuit similar to when Glock sued them over the Sigma models.
