When the hell did the Bubba castoff Brent join the show?

I had Sirius/XM in a rental a couple of weeks ago and I thought the show was just horrible. I don't miss it one bit.

That guy is unreal talented, almost skitzo, he's all over the map, sort of like a young Robin Williams with musical instruments.

I rarely have time to listen anymore, so I only catch bits & pieces on occasion.
I did hear some of yesterdays show and a bit of the Wrap Up Show, I was wondering about Brent myself, did he move to NY to be with the show ???

    sad news....RIP Joey Boots

    http://www.tmz.com/2016/12/23/howard-stern-joey-boots-dead-wack-pack/

Joey Boots -- one of Howard Stern's best known 'Wack Packers' -- has died in NYC ... TMZ has learned.
A rep for the NYPD tells TMZ cops responded to Boots' Bronx apartment building at 9:45 PM for a male in need of medical attention.
We're told once emergency workers arrived, Boots was pronounced DOA.
Cops tell us cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner.
Fellow Wack Packer, High Pitch Erik, went to check on Boots after his podcast co-hosts became worried that he didn't show up for his regular gig.
According to a Facebook post from people associated witih the podcast, Boots didn't answer the door, so Erik got the building manager to do a wellness check and found Joey, "sitting in a chair, cold to the touch and with no pulse."
Joey Boots was a fan favorite on the Stern show ... best known for screaming "Baba Booey" during news broadcasts. He even successfully defended his right to yell the catch phrase in a landmark court case.
    #RIP #BabaBooey

I wasn't a huge Joey Boots fan but it's still sad. Not a bad guy really.

    RIP

That's sad. She was a good sport, putting up with every joke they could throw at her.

I remember when they gave her a DNA test to see if she was really a woman. I could almost feel the guy giving the test results trembling in fear of her reaction.

It's a shame Marci singlehandedly destroyed the Stern show or I'd still have Sirius and listen in on what they have to say about her.

You know how the show went from the show we all loved to the new PC version with lame celebrity interviews and crap like renaming Wendy the retard as Wendy the slow adult?

That's because Howard hired an efficiency expert named Marci Turk to be the COO and run the show. Even Gary answers to her and works for her now. She's been mentioned on the air very few times, usually after someone like Artie rants about her on his podcast with Jackie or Stuttering John. Mentioning her on the phone gets dumped from the airwaves.

if you go to youtube you can find Artie on his podcast and on Opies show talking about it. A Google search finds plenty of other hatred for her from The Daily Mail to Reddit.

I recommend listening to Artie on youtube talking about it....very entertaining lol.

Sorry can't post any links at the moment.

Howard had Tracey Morgan on yesterday, he's been out of action for over two years since the accident:

It sounds like he's healed pretty well and he's back on tour doing standup again, plus he has a slew of other projects in the works.

I thought that was a repeat, could have sworn he was on the show before, since the accident.Personally I find Morgan hard to take,im in the minority but to me he isnt really funny.

Yesterdays show was an unscheduled repeat/Off day. That Tracy Morgan interview was last year i believe.

I think yesterday was only the 2nd time is Howard's career that he didn't make a scheduled live day. Last i read the public is still unsure why he wasn't live. People are speculating a family members health.

yes definite repeat and the fans weren't happy...Jimmy Fallon was suppose to be on. Im an almost 30 year listener but my fire for the show has been dwindling. Been having on nothing but the same liberal dBag guests ( Schumer/Handler/Dunham/ Baldwin etc) He has been phoning it in...unfunny forced bits...no edge to the show anymore. Monday he was a complete dickbag on air angry at everyone, especially Richard because he had a one line part in the New movie Guardians of the Galaxy..the guy barely works 30 weeks a year for 3 days a week. the least they could have done yesterday is have someone make a live introduction saying he was taking an unplanned personal day. that would have gone over better than just ignoring it and putting on a sucky replay.....They were deleting comments on Instagram of people bashing him( so much for freedom of speech).....there is always gonna be speculation that maybe one of his parents fell ill....guess we won't know til he addresses it Monday( if he does) But he should because being honest is how he built his fan base.

I think the other day he took off was for his daughters graduation...

Sorry, didn't know it was a repeat, I must have missed it the first time around. I don't have time to listen to the show very often anymore, and I haven't heard anything about Tracy Morgan in a long time.

I caught a news story about the police paying a visit to Artie Lange about a tweet he sent.

He's not looking so good these days:
