Like many 1911's, this Springfield Mil-Spec had humble beginnings. Parked with drop in parts and very little love on the assembly line. It now sports a Kart National Match barrel and bushing,in a welded and surface ground frame and slide. Cylinder and Slide hammer, Warner sear. Full checkering and high cut by Mr Single. New Wolff springs and match sights, front and rear. The finish is matt blue. Shoots 230 gr. FMJ in sub three inch groups. Just in time for a heavy work out at Camp Perry for the Presidents 100.
