I wanted to thank the North Leominster Rod & Gun Club for hosting the Bay State Games Trap competition Saturday the 26th. The members were helpful and friendly and the facilities were flawless. There were 60 or so youth athletes competing in 4 rounds of single 16 yard trap in the morning and 2 rounds of doubles in the afternoon.
I was pretty hard on them last year when there was an incident involving a youth shoot, but they seem to have gotten things under control. Thanks again to the club and its members for sponsoring the Bay State Games, the scores can be found here:
