The 'Global Security Summit' should be interesting - lets see how many time Israel, Drones, Abu Grab and militia/X-military are blamed compared to how many times the word muslim or islam is used in a negative fashion.

If they can spin it into the UN Small Arms Treaty and sticking it to the USA - they will do it.
 
My brother in law (who's lived in Paris for the last 15 years) is already spinning it to somehow blame Israel. Honestly the French are getting exactly what they asked for when they've been coddling the Islamic fascists for so long.

I have to give them some credit for banning the hijab though. Too little too late, and typical socialist move of using the force of government to suppress free speech rather than address the underlying problem.

Agreed. France is one of the most anti-semitic nation in Europe. So frankly they should take a hard look at their own policies and alliances for the past 50 yrs or so and perhaps rethinking where evil lies.
 
In solidarity with the people of France, I volunteer to join the US delegation of Firearms Instructors going over there to help teach all these people how to shoot, and to qualify for their French CCW licenses. No free people should be vulnerable to these types of terrorist attacks.

The last time the Germans were pissed off (Sanctions after WWI), they conquered almost all of Europe and only lost because the UK and Russia (as the USSR) held the line (with US supplies) until the US entered the war officially.

And yes know that is a gross oversimplification of the events leading to WWII and the early part of it.

The point is, the Germans are a force to be reckoned with if they put their minds to it so don't give them a reason to be really angry with you.

They just haven't put their minds to it yet. WWII didn't begin in a day either, it took many years for Germany to recover from WWI and I'd wager they are on a far better footing to more quickly address the issue of being angry.

Pegida are using the exact same tactics as the politicos, who can't stop stating that the events in/around Paris had nothing to do with Islam. I for myself am on the sideline as it isn't pure b&w as it seems.

It looks more like the round misses his body completely, striking the sidewalk and producing dust right in front of his stomach or crotch. Maybe he was shot through the back? I imagine his winter clothing would reduce blood misting but I have no field experience.

Lot of folks on the left think this is evidence of a conspiracy. I am not so sure, but I know for sure that any time a shooting happens in the USA they falsely claim it is a 'right-wing gun nut', but they make excuses and don't give extremist, women-raping, genital mutilatig monsters any credit when they allegedly commit unspeakable acts. Why do so many "liberals" defend an über conservative ideology that is responsible for so much mistreatment and abuse of women?

A round from an AK (7.62x39) is most certainly going to go through a body, especially at such close range. Even if the officer was wearing body armor, it would most likely not be rifle rated and thus the round would go right through it.
 
Those claims about many of those shooters have been debunked.

soloman, I agree. It is just strange the media is claiming he was shot in the head. I would think the ak round would most certainly over penetrate. And I imagine the lack of blood is due to winter clothing absorbing much of it.
