Mouse-over shows random words in the thread.

You can now specify up to five tags when you create a thread. This allows people to do a 'Tag Search' (a new option under search) to find threads on a particular topic. There's also a 'Tag Cloud' feature when you do a tag search, which will show and allow you to explore the most active tags.

They let you append a tag to the tread for content. Later and as threads are populated you can search via the thread cloud to locate similar threads.
