rom the 80s, I believe.......

1) Siska-esque large custom/handmade bowie; beautiful fit 'n finish...the epitome of the
gents custom blade... {I had one, of essentially-like grind and finish, by Jim Siska,
thus the reference...}

- Maker is Kelly Lee Stephens of St. Petersburg, FL
- Steel type unknown; very-fine and outstanding work, hand-rubbed mastery
- 10.5" long flat-ground blade, x 1.5"; 1/4" stock; handle 4 5/8" - unsharpened
clip, but....juuust at that almost-sharp state
- Fileworked stainless guard
- marked 'STEPHENS 2' on top of blade, at guard
- Unsure of handle slabs wood type, but nicely-suited to the piece
- Simple-elegance, classic leather sheath...which holds her firm

As a long-time knife collector, who, while living in FL in the 80s/90s, went to
the Knifemaker's Guild shows annually, etc. & etc.; and met gents like Walter
Brend, Schuyler Lovestrand, and had pieces by many such gents....during these
times, one can be reminded that holding, and beholding, some fine sculpted-steel art....
is one of the finer things in this earth realm...

$595. shipped to the CONUS - or, feel free to see it in-person, in Foxboro, MA -
