My questions involve the use of FIDs.

1. While I'm still awaiting the hearing date and am "innocent until proven guilty" Can I apply for and get an FID to carry small capacity rifles and shotguns?
2. I have an FID for Mace from years ago when I lived in another town that I never transfered since I got my LTC-A when I moved. Can I fill out the paperwork to transfer that over or will the chief deny it? can he deny it?
3. Can the Chief or Firearms licensing officer take those away whenever he feels like going on a power trip?

Thanks

I think most people on this forum will agree with me that your situation requires consultation with a firearms attorney (there are several on this site) and for you to not post anything else about your situation in this PUBLIC forum.
In regards to your questions IANAL but #1 and #2 sound like definite "no"s to me. #3 is a definite "yes" IMHO but again I AM NOT A LAWYER and that's who you should be talking too.
Sorry I can't help more but I think above will match what others will post here shortly as well.

Good luck!

As you might have guessed you're going to need a lawyer to figure all this out. Short of that with so little info I don't think you'll get anything but wa guesses.

From personal experience, the 90 days is flexible depending on the licensing division of the police department. I was arrested in '09 and my license was suspended. I went to the police department, explained the situation, and told them I believed all charges will be dropped but not within the 90 days. They told me the 90 days doesn't matter, they will give me my license back as soon as my case was dismissed. They did just that about a year later. This is obviously what happened to me, your situation might play out very differently.
