Haha everything you buy is made in China for fifty cents this will be the reason for companies to add another 500% to their bottom line. Don't fool yourself.

Let us raise the minimum wage so that no one will hire any 16-18 year olds looking for their first jobs. Then, when those kids are old enough to go get a job, no one will hire them because they have no work experience. Also, what parent believes they can support their family on $7.25/hr? That wage is meant for lower level jobs and unskilled/uneducated workers. It is up to the parents to get the skills that help them get a better job, not place an undue burden on everyone else while offsetting the cost of goods and labor.
