Supreme Court May Rule On Carry.

With carry and rosters being addressed at the federal level, along with "incorporation" of 2A, the horrible MA laws will hopefully be demolished by legal challenge in a few years time.
As I have said:
"Kicking and screaming"...

If you think SCOTUS is going to rule and MA will just change its laws, I think you are sadly mistaken...

My guess is they will fight tooth and nail using "reasonable restrictions" and at least 2 cases will need to go up to at least the circuit court if not SCOTUS to settle the abomination that is "reasonable restrictions"...

Might be that NY, NJ, et all beat us to it, but they won't go easy...

I hope I am wrong... [thinking]

I agree that changes in MA won't come quickly even if the SJC makes positive rulings.

MA, like other states, uses anti-gun laws and others like them (including re-destricting, so that you vote never counts) not only to restrict access to firearms, but to drive 'undesirables' out of the voting population.

You don't totally dominate the electoral process for decades, without clearing the competition.
