Every other state that has pulled this shit has had single digit compliance and Obergruppenfuhrer Healey already kicked off a quiet rebellion with her edict.

The legislature is going to bungle into a New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. City of New York situation before SCotUS or something much much worse. They are too smug and stupid to realize it.

No, they know we’ll do it. They’re willing to bet we’ll lose in court. Either way, we’re paying for both sets of lawyers.

More BS laws lead to more lawsuits seeking to invalidate them.

More lawsuits leads to increasingly higher amounts of $$$ being tied up in limbo waiting to see if the courts will actually respect the constitution.

More $$$$ tied up means buying less guns, and ideally(at least from MA’s POV), less dealers choosing to put up with the BS

If any of these make it out of the committee it’ll be months before it makes it to Bakers desk, plus between the house and senate, all these bills will have Amendments and shit changed and effective dates added before Baker ever sees it.
