Stupid Transfer question

If I were to sell a gun to a nh resident I live in ma do I transfer it to him under his nh Ltc or his out of state ma Ltc ?and can I do so thru e-fa10 or should we use a dealer?

Not sure that it matters, but handgun or long gun?

No fa-10 for interstate transfers. Need to use an FFl, unless I'm mistaken, which is possible.

MUST go thru a NH FFL for this type transaction.

With hand guns it is FTF ONLY if both people LIVE in the same state.

Must use dealer, must bring/ship gun up to NH. (simons rock blocks MA sales even if he is nonres permitted down here).
