I'll bet this kid is out by the weekend. Anyone want to put the over/under on how much time this uncooperative punk spends behind bars? I thought there were minimum/mandatory sentences for firearm offenses such as this. Maybe we need a few more laws to help out...

Think of brass as spoor. Finding just some brass means that the gun must be out there somewhere; finding a gun means that you've bagged your limit for the day. .

Police later determined the gun had been reported stolen from out of state, possibly in Pennsylvania.

So glad Gov. Patrick is trying to restrict us to 1 gun a month, as I'm sure it will help prevent the trafficking of stolen/illeagally obtained firearms, thus stopping them from ending up in the hands of the fine youth of our state.
