I went on rte 2 this morning and it was about 20 mph, I only got about a quarter the way to work and turned around and said f**k it. There was some douchebag in a volvo who decided to take up the entire road and make it impossible to pass him/her/it, so I was at the end of my rope and got off aroiund 110/111 exit and turned around.

the good news is...the Mall at Whitney Field is open for business today!

I drove my wife the 3 miles to work this morning, then to the bank, then back to work. NOT FUN.

The wife turned around after driving for 15 minutes. Good thing she did, a co-worker was driving to Marlborough on 495N and said it was taking over at hour to get to the next exit.

I called this morning to tell my boss I couldnt drive the company car in because the tires are bald and it wouldnt move more then 6 feet in a half inch of snow....he said I had to get the car in so screw it I got it moving and prayed for short term disability the entire way in to prove a point.

I made it to Hanscom AFB from Leominster. We were in back of plows until we got to 495. I`m dreading the ride home.

Seems like a little snow brings out all the retards, same thing happened with me driving to work. Some jack-wad spun out on the ramp to Route 2 East from 495 closing the ramp causing an extra 20 mins to my ride.

Drive weather appropriately people!

It took me two hours to get into Cambridge from Wayland this AM. Looks like it just changed to rain outside. Just peachy.

I didn't bother trying to make it to Hanscom today. I had a legal appointment in Gardner and by the time I got out at 10:00 there was 5 inches on the ground. Went straight back home.

I made it to Auburn fine this morning. Luckily I can get here from my house using mostly back roads. Thinking about turning the traction control off in my subaru and pulling some Ken Block s**t in the empty, barely plowed parking lot at work for my lunch break.

Down here on the south shore we didn't get much snow, but it's all turning to slush in Pembroke now, hopefully Plymouth is in better shape.

Made it in from Franklin to Natick, all back roads... Not a lot of drama. But a long ride with all the slow people...

And if anyone here drives a pea green VW mini station wagon, tell me when you leave work, I DO NOT WANT TO BE BEHIND YOU later for another 10mi!!!!!!

Over here in NE CT, it's raining/sleet, but it's 25 degrees out, yahoooo-- I'm gonna roll up another couple hundred rounds of 357 mag and some more 5.56 and make up some pulled barbecue beef from that leftover pot roast in the fridge, throw it on a good roll with some sweet onions, and a chocolate milk for dinner.

I was on RT 195 just after 5:30AM trying to catch an early train to NY from Providence. Had to chicken out and turned around as my 11 Tacoma was all over the road. Will try again Wed. morning as need to be at the NY boat show for work.

So, last Thursday, clear and sunny, roads down to pavement, no school.

Today, what, 4 or 5" or so here, roads STILL not clear, school.

I don't get it.

Yeah, sorry about that. The accelerator cable broke and I had to idle my way in to work...

Short Term disability? You need to aim higher my man! Gotta go for a vague difficult to diagnose injury...like a back problem. Long Term is a better deal. I mean, you can then run in marathons, pick up a side job or two, do some body building and participate in competitions. If our public servants can do it, GOD DAMN IT, so should we.
