Strongbad anyone?

I've got a bazillion things to do today to ready myself for the long trip to FS tomorrow, and I can't seem to stop viewing these Strongbad episodes. Maybe I should email Strongbad and ask how to go about that!
ummm. Who's Strongbad and what is he saying?
It seems that Strongbad is there to answer emails. And, from what I can gather, some of what he's saying out loud can be found on the monitor in his email responses. Once you get used to the way Strongbad talks, you can follow what he says more easily.
