Stripped lower does not require an FA-10. In the same state? FTF sale: assuming the buyer is not a prohibited person, exchange money for stripped lower, have a nice day. Bill of sale optional. In another state? Transfer through FFL.

Click to expand... Intrastate, technically, nothing, as it is not a "firearm" or "rifle" in MA. Interstate, it must be shipped to a FFL, who will effect the transfer. 7.62x39 said: 4473 same as firearm Click to expand... This is only applicable to acquisitions from a FFL.
