How do people do the 'strikethrough' font when they post a "FIFY" post?

How do people do the '[STRIKE=strikethrough]strikethrough[/STRIKE]' font when they post a "FIFY" post?

It's an option when you 'go advanced' when posting. You simply select the text to put a strike line through, copy and click the formatting item. Paste the text in the dialog box that comes up and you're set...

Easy as fify...

You have to put at least one character in the options pop up window. I used a period.

The thing that drives me crazy is the format is slightly different from the others:

It's NOT [STRIKE] blah [/STRIKE]

It's [ STRIKE= ] blah [/STRIKE] (but without the spaces between "[ S" and "= ]"

I am not advanced but the whole strike thing is stupid in my opinion.

Sometimes it is legitimately needed, like when posting about changes to New Hampshire laws, where a new bill is removing things from the law. I agree, probably 90% of the time people [strike=]strikethrough[/strike], they are just being silly.
