Sounds like she'll get a slap of the wrist and told not to do it again when she reaches court!
Somehow I doubt that an arrest record will worry her, her Family . . . sounds like they are probably very familiar with the "revolving door" court system. I doubt they will ever change.

According to the stolenSidekick.com website, they are not pressing charges saying that the global embarassment along is enough.
