State Police responded to Hull Shore Drive just after 2 p.m. on Saturday to investigate a complaint that a man was drinking on the beach and treating his dog in an overly aggressive manner, the report said. Paul Martell, 55, was allegedly in possession of an open bottle of whiskey and already speaking with Hull Police when the state troopers arrived, according to Troopers Conor Flynn and Michael Donahue.

The beach is well marked to no drinking and he was abusive to his dog enough for someone to call the police. He broke the law and got bit in the ass, you and others think that he did no wrong, would you drive 130 mph on the highway in heavy traffic? and think it is all right?
.

He was arrested for drinking on the beach.

Yeah!! And whether we like it or not, violation of those regulations is arrestable. That doesn't mean an arrest has to be made, but is allowed to be made.

I get that. I just haven't heard you answer whether my freedoms should be taken away for having a firearm in a locked case.
