WTB Standard AR Lower

Looking for a standard AR lower. Don't really care what brand as long as it's not covered in gaudy markings or has weird lightning cuts everywhere.
Just a standard milspec lower. Can be stripped or built, but not looking to spend more than $150.
Bonus points if it has LE restricted markings
