Does anybody know any Mass dealers for Stag arms.

Not anymore... Perhaps someone will chime in, but at least out in WMA, I know of no official Stag dealers...Good luck!

JDLSales (John) here on NES was IIRC a Stag Arms dealer. Or at least was able to get their stuff. Try contacting him.

Zero Hour is a factory Stag arms LE dealer. We have Model 1's in stock @ 1350.00 but they need the MA mods. Pinned stock, muzzle break and remove that evil bayo lug. Which we do for no cost of course.
