SPRINGFIELD – Police arrested a 23-year-old city resident for possession of an unlawful gun for the third time in three years.
During the Tuesday morning arrest, the car he and a second suspect were in also sideswiped a police cruiser and then struck a tree while trying to flee police. Officers did not require treatment at the scene, said Ryan Walsh, police spokesman.
Andre Cobham, of Manhattan Street, was charged with possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition and receiving stolen property of less than $1,200, he said.

If this was one of us on an expired LTC and a 13 round mag we would be in jail.
Yet, this boob pulls this 3 times.
