Yes they are. I don't know how you misplace it. They make detachable mags for them but I don't think he is talking about those. It was given to me in a box disassembled about 3 years ago and was missing the original mag. It has a 20 round detachable magazine but I would like the original. Thanks for the link. -Steve

It's been a while for me too, and you had me thinking I gave bad info, so I had to look it up. Also, I've never used the "duckbill" mags, so I was unsure of what was required to use them. I guess we both learned something new today.
