This is the gun I said I will never sell...

I have to pay off a deceased family member's debt... So unfortunately it has to go.

I bought it new in the 90s... I can't remember exactly when.

So, it's a p229, no rail, in .40 with the legacy slide. This is the best looking p229 there is.

I was doing some training at the Sig academy and one of the guys there took it in the back and worked some magic. Not sure exactly what he did but it came back as smooth as glass!

It has the E2 grip update and the SRT (short reset trigger). Honestly, in my opinion, it feels and shoots nicer than the 229 legion.

I also added a 3D printed beavertail. So, it feels like the p229 Elite.

This is a beautiful gun in fantastic shape. There are some smileys on the barrel and the barrel hood is shiny. Sig assured me this is all very normal. Around 800 rounds through it.

It comes with 3 - 10 round mags and the original blue case.

I'm hoping this gets a good home. If this interests you, you will not be disappointed.
